David and Skip__Ms. Edith was a joy to know. She always had a warm smile for everyone
and she always left you with a chuckle. Let her sweet memories dwell within your heart as you go from day to day and know that she is just away. You will meet her again " in the sweet by and by on that beautiful shore" for it is promised. She now dwells in his house forever. Stand together and be strong as she would want you to remain. Her sweet legacy is left with each of you. Look to God for comfort and he will see you through.

John H. Johnson Jr. posted a condolence

Edith is my Aunt, my Father John H. Johnson Sr., sister. I was very glad to surprise her early part of the year by calling her and talking about life and careers in General. To our surprise we both had much in common in taking care of students teaching life skills which is so needed today. She had mention that when she retired one of her fomer student continued to keep in touch with her as in getting advice as he became an adult. This too we had so much in common as I retired from the school system, students will see me and say " I'm not in trouble and I remember what you taught me" Edith or Eddy as the family calls had a personal touch in helping people which I know many of her students will never forget. For John and David many blessings and memories will always be cherish along with our family memories of Eddy. Rest in Heaven Aunt Eddy!!! We love you!!!
