Wesley was my eldest cousin by 17 years. Although there was such a big age difference, whenever I saw him he just radiated kindness and love. He was the spitting image of his Dad, Leonard and seemed just as quiet.
My condolences to the wonderful family he created and his equally kind and loving sisters, Vanessa and Katrina and all their relations.
