Obituary of Josiane Amay

Josiane Amay: a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. Josiane who is also known as Choumie was born on February 2nd 1970 in Gonaïves, Haiti. She moved to the United States when she turned 16. She sadly left us unexpectedly on April 13th 2020. S Josiane was a bright and high spirited individual. Choumie's presence was always felt. With her contagious smile, she had a positive impact on everyone she encountered. Choumie genuinely wanted to see the best in people and always provided advice on how to improve. She has been a reliable and trusted confidante to family and friends. Choumie leaves to cherish her memory her daughter,Caroline Prophete; Mother, Yolande Stephens; sister ,Paule Gaillot and many other sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She leaves a void that cannot be filled. Gone too soon, but only going home to Our Heavenly Father.
