I'd like to send my condolences to the Thomas family. Reggie & I go way back in the days of boys club. He was always cool to be around. The death of a loved one is always sad. However, in God's word he promises in the near future that many of our loved ones will be restored back to life, since death is not part of his purpose. According to Jesus words in the Book of John Chapter 5 verses 28-30 he clearly says " All those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come on out". Yes, the opportunity to be with our loved ones again on a paradise earth under conditions that surpass those of today. No more sickness, pain, sorrow or death will exist......according the Bible book of Revelations Chapter 21 verse 3 & 4. So continue to rely on God in prayer, consider his future promises outlined in his trustworthy word the Bible, and certainly you will gain a measure of peace until his promises are fulfilled.
